The Diocese of Ely is delighted to be hosting the fourth National Anglican Fresh Expressions Conference on 3 November 2018, which this year will feel more like a festival. Blended Festival will have an immersive and experiential feel.

It will explore how inherited church and new Christian communities can partner together by asking three questions:

  • How can a Blended Economy help to grow fresh expressions of church?
  • How can a Blended Economy help the local parish to flourish?
  • How can different forms of church, while maintaining their distinctiveness, recognise and resource one another in growing the kingdom of God?

The festival will include:

  • Mainstage conversations
  • Campfire conversations
  • Pioneering stories
  • Digital installations
  • Sanctuary prayer space
  • Live events
  • Pioneer labs

Discover new ways of reaching out to people in your community. Be inspired by engaging with experienced practitioners and theologians. Get help and advice with the projects you are involved with. Connect with old friends and make some new ones.
