Paul (husband) was reading up on the Early Church and found this wonderful quote about Christians from the last pagan Emperor Julian (361-363) to encourage your cooks’ teams that they are in a long line of missionary bakers:
‘These impious Galileans not only feed their own poor, but ours also; welcoming them into their agapae, they attract them, as children are attracted, with cakes.’
